One of the original three riders (alongside Paul Rodriguez and Nick Tucker) revealed as part of Primitive Skateboarding’s inaugural team at the brand’s launch, Carlos “dudu” Ribeiro has been killin’ it for a while now. From his L-R-G intro part to mini parts for Independent as well as numerous Instagram snippets, the Brazilian powerhouse with the ridiculously good switch back 3s has been turning quite a few heads with his effortless switch game as well as bag of smooth tech and a reputation for making the hardest tricks look too easy.

Primitive Skateboarding dropped this Carlos Ribeiro full part a little while ago, and we had been meaning to put this up for a minute but got a little caught up with work on our print Krak Mag (if you want to get the inside scoop on content, each KrakBox comes with a print Krak Mag!). But as they say, better late than never! So, just in case you missed this, you definitely want to watch Carlos’ five and a half minute Primitive part a couple times, just cause he’s got shit so dialed you’re gonna forget he’s actually regular. Perfect switch flips, and a switch heel backtail to regular at an iconic Philly ledge to stair drop that a certain East Coast tech powerhouse dropped a switch back tailed bigspin at (any guesses who we’re talking about and in what video? E-mail us the correct answer at firstname.lastname@example.org t0 win something cool!).
Oh, yeah that really was a switch flip switch manny nollie flip out at Courthouse. Skating fast, with an effortless light-footed style (just peep that switch frontside 180 crooks revert on that curved ledge) and crazy pop, Carlos drops a seriously heavy part with one hell of an ender. -HK
